Up to this point we have only talked about getting clients to make that initial contact. However all of this means nothing if you don’t convert the prospective client (aka. the prospect) into a client that retains your services. This process is called conversion. There have been volumes written about the process of conversion but the thing that you absolutely must know is how to sell. It will make a huge difference to your conversion rate, and probably in the overall success of your business.
